I’m on the lighter life diet (13 weeks in) and I’ve been using these great Salter 9106 body analysis scales. Here are the data on a new google docs chart. I’ve now added the previous weeks weekly weight only data to the chart too… Here’s the image… not just the embedded spreadsheet…. . MARTIN
