Nisbets delivery finally arrives …Broken!
I ordered a box of six butter dishes for Sue, my mum-in-law, on my mobile, over dinner at The Spur in Slindon.
She saw the dishes on the table, and asked where she could buy them, so we surfed on my phone to find Nisbets ….She was very impressed by the ease with which you could buy online.
This was on Boxing day, and I really didn’t expect the next-day delivery promised on the site…
Anyway after an email to Nisbets on 5th Jan (with a very quick response) we had a delivery on the 6th of Jan…. The box was dropped next door….We were out, and there was no note to say where it had been delivered, but the neighbours dropped it round tonight, Friday 9th.
On opening the box, two of the six butter dishes are damaged… I’ve mailed customer services and will await their reply…….









I ordered a water boiler on monday 3rd of jan 2011 it arrived on thursday 4th Jan with front pannel broken/tap broken it was replaced the following day. the damaged one to be collected within 5-10 days.
last week i was told by nisbets that they had not recived damaged one. then told damaged one would be collected Thursday 3rd Feb Not collected rang them as was told would be collected Fri 4th Feb Notcollected.
was advised to take damaged boiler to couriour my self? Now told should be collected on Monday 7th FEb. This water boiler has cost me more on staf wages for waiting for delivery (nisbets informed me their had to be a signetur)than the cost of the boiler. This is not the first time that items have arrived
damaged. It will be the last time as i will nit use them again!!
